The ethos of Independent Pathways is to, where possible, support and care for individuals with community treatment orders, mental disorders, complex needs and challenging behaviours within their own homes and environment.
As an organisation we focus on our continuous development in promoting best practice to treatment models and individualisation in delivering care programme. Our vision is to provide positive experiences for the service users through implementation of a person centred care approach and individualised treatment plans.
Through the years of experience, the service recognises the sensitivity and complexity of challenging behaviours while respecting privacy, dignity and choice. This knowledge is reflected in the 24 hour care provided by experienced support staff. To ensure that appropriate level of support is provided to our clients suitable risk management and care plans are provided by the multidisciplinary care team consisted of professionals such as a psychiatrist, psychologist, occupational therapist, RMN/RMNLD nurses and a qualified social worker.
